3. Orders and Pricing

When you place an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to product availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, incorrect information, or other legitimate reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide a refund for the amount charged for the canceled order.

4. 3D-Printed and Made-to-Order Products

All The RIP Whistle products are 3D printed. Products may be manufactured specifically after an order is placed.

Because production may begin shortly after an order is submitted, cancellation may not be possible once production has started.

Please carefully review your product selection, color, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.

5. Shipping

We make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website or at checkout.

Shipping and delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Purchasing a physical 3D-printed product does not give you ownership of the underlying product design or intellectual property.

Our Refund & Return Policy governs returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, defective products, damaged products, and incorrect orders.
